BRANDL TALOS has advised the DVORAK Group (also known as METUSAN TURNING) on their investment in the German machining company Carl Leipold GmbH.
The long-established company Carl Leipold GmbH, based in the Black Forest, has specialized in the high-precision turning of complex parts.
Since November 1st, 2022, the business operations of the company have been managed in insolvency proceedings under own responsibility with the aim of permanent restructuring.
For the DVORAK Group, BRANDL TALOS, led by partner Stephan Strass, helped to design an investment concept that was approved by the insolvency court and unanimously accepted by the creditors.
At the beginning of June, the insolvency proceedings were lifted with legal effect.
