Training is the focus
Our DVORAK and METUSAN TURNING company group is one of the founding partners of the WMA (Weinviertler Mechatronik Akademie). The WMA offers a wide range of training courses, with a particular focus on practical application during the training process. So-called learning projects with industrial partners, such as ourselves, enable work on real projects.
By providing state-of-the-art training rooms, laboratories and mechatronic workshops, practical learning is ensured. Through its cooperation with the AMS, the WMA is not only attractive to young people but also offers adult education in the fields of technology, management, mechatronics and communication.
The WMA's success indicators are, on the one hand, the „Clusterland award“ in 2019 and, on the other hand, the high completion rates. Young people are often taken on by partner companies into regular apprenticeships even before their final apprenticeship exams.
Please find attached a current article from the WMA and a report from Simon Jans, who has now established himself with us in the area of Quality Assurance.
