Christoph Wiesinger Becomes Managing Partner

One of the DVORAK Group's subsidiaries, Nordwandklettern GmbH, is undertaking major development steps.

Following 14 years of successful market launch and brand development of the Nordwandklettern GmbH climbing centre by Thomas Zischinsky, we have now, as part of an M&A project, welcomed Christoph Wiesinger as the company’s managing partner. Holding a 60% stake, he is taking over the management of the business and will be introducing further sporting initiatives in addition to the climbing facilities. Construction work on these has already begun.

The formal assignment took place yesterday in the presence of the new managing director and shareholder Christoph Wiesinger, former managing director and shareholder Ing. Thomas Zischinsky, remaining shareholder of Johann Dvorak GmbH represented by Dipl. Ing. (FH) Johann Dvorak, legal counsel Dr. Levente Nagy, coordinator Dr. Michael Fischer, and notary Mag. Markus ROHRER-TOIFL, MBA.
