Young talent and development in focus at METUSAN TURNING

Ms Julia Wegbauer began her apprenticeship with our company and successfully completed her final apprenticeship examination, congratulations!

She will continue her professional career with us. Ms. Gaß has taken over her vacated training position this September. We wish her every success as she begins her career alongside her studies.

The development of young employees through coaching by experienced colleagues is a high priority for us. Benefiting from the experience of older colleagues makes it easier to get started and provides valuable insights into practical work. In addition to supporting very young employees, refilling positions with school leavers who have higher qualifications is also a key focus.
