Holding a 60% stake, he is taking over the management of the business and will be introducing further sporting initiatives in addition to the climbing facilities. Construction work on these has already begun.<\/p>\n<p>The formal assignment took place yesterday in the presence of the new managing director and shareholder Christoph Wiesinger, former managing director and shareholder Ing. Thomas Zischinsky, remaining shareholder of Johann Dvorak GmbH represented by Dipl. Ing. (FH) Johann Dvorak, legal counsel Dr. Levente Nagy, coordinator Dr. Michael Fischer, and notary Mag. Markus ROHRER-TOIFL, MBA.<\/p>\n<p>We are delighted to have found Christoph as a partner.<\/p>\n<p>Our customers can look forward to the future with excitement.
