The traditional company Carl Leipold GmbH, headquartered in the Black Forest, specialises in the high-precision manufacturing of complex turned parts.<\/p>\n
Since 01.11.2022, the company's business operations have been conducted in self-administered insolvency proceedings with the aim of permanent restructuring.<\/p>\n
For the DVORAK GROUP, BRANDL TALOS, under the leadership of partner Stephan Strass, co-designed a participation concept that was approved by the insolvency court and unanimously accepted by the creditors.<\/p>\n
With the beginning of June, the insolvency proceedings were legally lifted.<\/p>\n
